Shipping Policy

Orders are subject to stock availability. Before processing a refund, we will inform you of the production lead time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, the unavailable products will be refunded.

2. Delivery locations

The items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

3. delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates based on the shipping date, not the order date. They are indicative only and subject to order acceptance and approval. Barring exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to ensure your product is delivered within 15 business days of your order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

The delivery date may vary depending on the courier company's shipping practices, the delivery location, the delivery method, and the items ordered. It is also possible that the products may be shipped in several separate packages.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products applied to the skin cannot be returned. We encourage you to carefully check your order before purchasing.
